When you purchase an AXIIS FIT product, we'll provide you with a unique reference number which can be used to track your delivery via our shipping partner's online tracking system. 

Once you receive a dispatch notification from us via email, you can view your order's delivery status with the most up-to-date information.

AXIIS FIT offers Free Shipping with all purchases within Australia. 

Expected delivery within Australia is 2-6 business days, however these are estimates and may vary due to events outside our control. 

We ship Australia-wide.

Warranties

AXIIS FIT guarantees a 12 month warranty on our full range of products to be free of defects in materials and manufacture under fair wear and tear usage. Should an AXIIS MAT or other product not meet AXIIS FIT’s standard of quality at the time it is received, or it wears out unreasonably from regular use under normal conditions within the first 12 months, we will replace the product. This applies from date of purchase. Damage resulting from improper handling or care, post-purchase modifications, alterations, negligence and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed, are not covered by AXIIS FIT's warranty policy.

To clean the AXIIS MAT, wash with warm soapy water, wipe clean with a damp cloth and hang to dry.Avoid pressure washers or equipment that could damage the surface.Avoid submerging the mat under water, putting in the washing machine or using chemical or vinegar-based cleaning products as this will damage the mat and void the 12 month warranty.Hang to dry. Do not use mechanical heating to dry (E.G. Radiant Heaters or Hair Dryers) Avoid leaving your AXIIS MAT exposed to direct sunlight for long periods.Store AXIIS MAT in a dry location out of direct sunlight.
